The car show is held alongside La Gran Fiesta\, featuring live entertainment\, food vendors\, artisan booths\, family activities\, and thousands of attendees throughout the day. This is a great opportunity to display your vehicle\, meet fellow enthusiasts\, and enjoy a fun-filled community event.\n\n\n\nVehicle Entry: Enter at Second Street & Maple Street\n\nCheck-In Time: 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM\n\nAwards Ceremony 3:30 PM (Will be held on Oak St and Midway St)\n\n\n\nPayment Information:\n\n- All registration fees must be paid by debit or credit card at the time of registration.\n\n- Cash and checks will not be accepted.\n\n- Please Note: Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.\n\n\n\n\n\nYour registration includes:\n\n- One reserved vehicle display space in the La Gran Fiesta Car Show.\n\n- Admission for the registered vehicle and driver.\n\n- Eligibility for all car show awards (if applicable).\n\n- The opportunity to display your vehicle during one of Brentwood's largest community festivals\, attended by thousands of guests throughout the day.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nTerms & Conditions\n\n- All registered vehicles must enter through Second Street & Maple Street.\n\n- Vehicles must arrive during the designated check-in window. Late arrivals may not be permitted once streets are closed.\n\n- Once a vehicle is parked\, it must remain in place until the official conclusion of the car show unless directed otherwise by event staff or emergency personnel.\n\n- Drivers must follow all directions from event staff and volunteers while entering\, parking\, and exiting the event.\n\n- No reckless driving\, burnouts\, donuts\, revving contests\, or excessive engine noise will be tolerated. Participants who violate these rules may be asked to leave without a refund.\n\n- Participants are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is insured and operated in compliance with California law.\n\n- The event organizers are not responsible for theft\, damage\, accidents\, or personal injury before\, during\, or after the event.\n\n- No alcohol or illegal substances are permitted while operating a vehicle at the event.\n\n- Vehicles must not leak excessive fluids that could create a safety hazard.\n\n- By participating\, owners grant La Gran Fiesta and the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce permission to photograph and video their vehicle for promotional and marketing purposes.\n\n- Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe\, disruptive\, or inconsistent with the family-friendly atmosphere of La Gran Fiesta.\n\n- Participants are expected to help keep the event area clean and dispose of any trash before leaving.
