Journeyman Electrician

Minimum 3-5 years experience

We are currently hiring an experienced Electrician who will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to the setup and maintenance of electrical infrastructure. This includes the installation of electrical wiring in buildings and poles, troubleshooting electrical malfunctions and blackouts, and performing repairs on appliances. Given the inherent risks involved in this role, we require individuals who prioritize safety and adhere to precautionary measures. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience working with various electrical devices and systems. Our overarching goal is to ensure the establishment and upkeep of reliable electrical connections, reducing the likelihood of accidents and optimizing the usability of electricity across all facilities.   • Install and repair electrical fixtures.
  • install sub panels, lighting, wiring to plugs, switches, and 3 way switching.


  • Commercial conduit bending, knowledge of 3 phase and single phase wiring.
  • Troubleshoot electrical wiring.
  • Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems.
  • Adhere to all quality and safety codes.


  • Proven experience as an electrician
  • Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems
  • Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints
  • Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight
  • Diploma in relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician
  • Valid license to practice profession
  • Experience using voltage up to 480 V.
  • Knowledge of AFCI, GFCI, plug and breaker locations.
  • Previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields.
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
  • Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience
