The East County Chambers of Commerce Mega Event, East County Safety Expo, is an ambitious, collaborative effort designed to unite the communities of Brentwood, Oakley, Antioch, Pittsburg, and Discovery Bay for a day dedicated to safety, education, and engagement. Hosted by the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce and supported by neighboring chambers, cities, local leaders, businesses, law enforcement agencies, the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, and community-based organizations, this event aims to attract over 5,000 participants.
Our goal is to strengthen community bonds, empower residents with practical safety skills, recognize and honor our first responders as the heroes they are for their unwavering commitment to our communities, and foster lasting partnerships between first responders, local officials, businesses, organizations, and the public.
