We would start by understanding what information is critical to your business, and what sort of losses ($, loss of customers, loss of reputation, etc.) your business could afford to suffer in an attack.

From there we'd look at any current protections in place, and decide if they would assure you that your business wouldn't loose more than you can afford - or decide where to beef them up. We'd likely look at any cyber-insurance policy you have in place too.

Next we'd look at your company's ability to detect security events and breaches, any plans in place to deal with recovering from an attack, and plans for returning things to normal following an attack.

Finally, we might look at ways to monitor all of this, to be sure protections remain in place over the long haul.
