Vendor Registration Information

Before you sign up!

When:  Saturday, October 19, 2024 starting at 1 pm, ending at 5 pm (depending on attendance)

Set up Time: 4 hours (8:30 am to 11:30 am)

Take down Time: 1 hour (5 pm to 6 pm)  All vendors must be off of the grounds by 6 pm.

About the Space:  There is a limit to 20 vendors which includes 8 inside and 12 outside.  The competitors will be inside (10 competitor limit).  Wine and beer will be served in the center of the facility.  Entrance is free to the public, but chili tasting will be charged, as will wine and beer.  You may pull up to the front entrance to load and unload but then park in the lot to leave room for the customers.  Sand bags are required for outdoor pop-up tents.  One 6 foot table will be provided per vendor if needed.  Clothing vendors will be placed with enough space for clothing racks.  Tables may be at an angle due to site limitations.

Vendors are responsible for leaving their vendor area in the condition that it was originally received, ie. Removal of all debris such as boxes and trash.

Food vendors must provide appropriate licensing, insurance and permits.

Please provide a detailed description of  your booth items on the registration form.

Pricing:  $65 per 10x10 space. $55 if you register before 9/19/24.  You also have the option of providing a gift basket equal in value to at least $25 and receive a further discount.

Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.  No refunds for no-shows.

We must receive your registration fee to reserve your space, which we will assign.  First Come, First choice of spaces.  Please fill out your vendor application completely.  No applications will be received once we have 20 vendors.
