2026 BCOC Mixer Host Registration Request

We are very excited to have your company featured as a Monthly Mixer host. There are only 12 mixers yearly, making this a distinctive way to promote your business and develop deeper connections within Brentwood's business community and beyond.

Upon receipt of your completed form, an Ambassador from the Brentwood Chamber will contact you within three (3) business days as a resource for you to ask questions, and support our collaborative efforts to create a Monthly Mixer that spotlights you, your team, what you do, and why you do it!

Hosting a Brentwood Chamber Event: Requirements and Expectations
As a host for a Brentwood Chamber event, we expect you to meet the following requirements:
Logistics:
You must be a current BCOC member. You must have space to accommodate a minimum of 50 people. Your space must be ADA approved and have accessible parking for 40+ guests. Hosts located in Brentwood are given priority. Outside of Brentwood are on a case-by-case basis.
Food and Beverage:
You will need to provide beverages (e.g. soda, water, wine, beer) for your guests. You will need to provide light bites (e.g. cookies, nuts, finger foods) for your guests.
Promotion:
You will need to promote your event on social media using your organization's social media handles and logos. Please provide your social media handles/logos to admin@brentwoodchamber.com.
Additional Requirements:
You will need to confirm your event details with us once you have completed this form. You will need to provide collateral materials (e.g. brochures, business cards) for your guests.

Date of Mixer Desired *
All of the Chamber's mixer events are scheduled from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm on the third Thursday of the month, unless otherwise noted. If a name is listed after the date, it is already reserved. By selecting a reserved date, you are requesting to be the next in line should the current reservation be unable to host for any reason. *A follow-up form will be sent in October for the Non-Brick and Mortar Mixer when selected. This is only available to businesses that do not have a physical address.
Chamber Member Name
The ability to legally accommodate a minimum of 40 adults including inside and outside space is the minimum required to Host.
