Break Free Fitness is a fitness studio focused on total health and wellness. Break Free Fitness empowers women to overcome life’s obstacles through sustainable fitness, wholesome nutrition, and unwavering support. No fads, just real, lasting results and education. Specializing in women age 40+, and those who are training during pregnancy, postpartum, after injury or well into retirement. We emphasize strength training for lasting results in mobility, weight loss, nutrition and overall health! Through private, semi-private and large group training, we deliver a compassionate, results-driven approach to fitness, rooted in consistency and sustainable lifestyle habits. We do not believe in extremes or quick fixes; we believe in showing up, fueling the body well, and honoring the journey. As a pillar of health in our community, we empower individuals and families to embrace lasting wellness through movement, mindful eating, and encouragement, because true transformation starts from the inside out.
