About Us

We started Claremont Pools because pool owners in the East Bay deserved a crew that actually showed up, communicated clearly, and did the work right the first time. Too many homeowners were left guessing when their service would happen or whether their equipment was running the way it should.

Our team built this company around a simple idea: pool service should be consistent and transparent. You should know when we are coming, what we did, and how your pool is doing, without having to chase anyone down for answers.

We operate differently from the typical pool company. We send on the way alerts before every visit and a full-service report by email and text after we finish. We are a licensed contractor and a Certified Pool Operator, and we carry full insurance on every job. That is the standard we set from day one.

Decades of experience taught us that most pool problems start small. A little algae, a slightly off chemical reading, a pump making a new noise. Catching those things early saves you money and keeps your pool swim ready. That is the approach we bring to every pool we service, from the first visit onward.
