About Us

At Kristy's Confections, we believe that gluten-free desserts should never be dull or dry. As a woman-owned, licensed home bakery in Antioch, California, we specialize in creating delicious, moist, and flavorful gluten-free cakes, cookies, brownies, and more. Our founder, Kristy J., was inspired to start the bakery after being diagnosed with celiac disease. She realized there was a lack of truly delightful gluten-free options, and her mission became clear: to prove that gluten-free can be just as indulgent and satisfying as traditional baked goods.

Our desserts are crafted with care, using the finest gluten-free ingredients to ensure every bite is a safe and enjoyable experience. We offer a wide variety of items—from custom cakes and cake jars to seasonal cookies and brownies—that cater to those with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity, as well as anyone who loves great-tasting desserts.

Kristy is also deeply committed to her community. In addition to running her bakery, she is entering her second year as a Director on the Chamber of Commerce board and serves as the Social Media Coordinator for the Chamber. Her work helps foster local business growth, promote events, and keep the community connected.

Looking ahead, Kristy’s goal is to expand Kristy’s Confections with a mobile dessert shack, bringing her gluten-free treats to even more customers.
